Terms of Use

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to the English version of the Smart Friends referral board (“the Service”).
By accessing the Service, users agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

This Service is intended for users in Japan who prefer to use English.
Only referral programs related to services officially available within Japan may be submitted.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Article 2 (Submissions)

1. Users may submit only referral URLs or referral codes designated by Smart Friends for each applicable service.
   Comments and reviews are not permitted.
2. Submissions must comply with all of the following requirements:
   • Only referral URLs from domains recognized by Smart Friends are accepted.
   • Referral codes must match the format and character length Smart Friends recognizes.
   • Even if a URL or code is officially issued by a provider,
     if Smart Friends does not recognize the format, the submission will be rejected.
3. Submissions that do not include the required fields will be automatically rejected.
4. The Service automatically adds “Best regards. Thank you.” to each submission.
5. Smart Friends may reject any submission without providing a reason.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users shall not:

• Submit URLs or codes unrelated to referral programs in Japan
• Submit false, abusive, harassing, or unlawful content
• Impersonate others
• Submit spam, malicious links, or harmful content
• Interfere with the Service operations
• Engage in any act Smart Friends deems inappropriate

Violations may result in access restrictions without notice.

Article 4 (Rights of Submitted Content)

1. Copyright remains with the submitter.
2. Users grant Smart Friends a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license
   to use, display, modify, reorder, and delete submissions as necessary for the Service.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

Smart Friends is not responsible for:

• Any failure to obtain referral benefits
• Any disputes between users or with service providers
• Any damages resulting from inaccurate or invalid submissions
• Any losses caused by data removal, access restrictions, or system failures

Users assume all risks associated with the use of referral codes.

Article 6 (Changes and Suspension)

Smart Friends may change, suspend, or terminate the Service
at any time without notice, and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms)

These Terms may be updated without notice.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Article 8 (Privacy Policy)

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court
governing the operator’s location in Japan.
